Gov. Granholm Congratulates 100 again!

President Randy Walker, and Project Success Chairman, Anton Chastang recently had breakfast with Gov Jennifer Granholm as a follow up to the service awards Randy had previously received for mentoring.  Randy, spoke to the group that was assembled at the governor's mansion about the Public Service Award importance and 100BM Project Success at southeastern high School.  It was noted that Randy and Anton were greeted by the governor on a first name basis.  She indicated how important mentoring was, especially to young Afican American males as 100 Black Men does.  Through the first gentlemen, Dan Mulhern, her office looks forward to continuing a relationship with 100BM Detroit.
