Mentor Training for Success!
Ms Tracey Knight, President/CEO of In View Solutions, conducted a mentoring training session for the Detroit 100 chapter. It was a tremendous success as 21 of 22 registered attendees were present. Ms Knight who formally was in charge of Programs for 100 Black Men of America, tailored her program to address the specific needs of our chapter. She spent a great deal of time interacting with participants while sharing her knowledge and experiences. There are plans underway to follow up this unique training with sessions for all members of the chapter. Our own Project Success at Southeastern High School will benefit greatly from this training as well as our individual mentor/mentee relationships.
