Newly elected president, Bill Middlebrooks, began his administration by reminding membership that "the 100 way requires that every endeavor we participate in must have: excellence, execute with precision and deliver with a positive impact".   As the newly installed Board of Directors prepares to go forward in 2009 there were many successes in 2008 that membership can be proud of.  Our Oratorical Contest reached an all time high in scholarship dollars in addition to the Project Success program at Southeastern HS mentored over 50 young men throughout the year.  Special thanks goes to president emeritus Randy Walker for his leadership efforts.   Please go to President's Message for his full vision of the Detroit Chapter.
