John Bernard is Senior Vice President, Wealth Management for Citigroup, Smith Barney. John with over 25 years of investment and financial advisor experience holds several series licenses which include, series 3 national commodity, series 7, general securities, series 63, uniform state exam associations. John has clients throughout the United States and in several foreign countries.

John was born and raised in Detroit MI. He holds a bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where he also played on the basketball team.

Mr. Bernard is very active in the community and sits on several boards and is a member of many organizations. He is a former board member of 100 Black Men of Greater Detroit. He sits on the board of Booker T Washington Association, Black Entertainment & Sports Lawyers Association, and the Henry Ford Hospital advisory board. John is a long term member of National Association of Securities Professionals and Catholic Social Services of Wayne County.

Mr. Bernard resides in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
