Earle B. Higgins, Sr., with over 37 years of experience in the automotive industry, Earle possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.  His professional background includes more than 27 years experience in essential managerial and superintendent positions within North American Operations (NAO) of DaimlerChrysler Corporation.  As Manager of Supplier Diversity, he was responsible for managing buying teams that were tasked with sourcing future production equipment, tooling, construction and logistics.  Overall, Earle's assignments have emphasized leadership, innovation, teamwork, data analysis, as well as achievement of bottom-line results.  His experiences and opportunities have provided him with maximum exposure to essential executives throughout the automotive industry.

During, his attendance at Eastern Michigan University, he was a three year letterman in basketball and a three year starter as well as being selected to the All American team in 1968. The Indiana Pacers and Golden State Warriors drafted him in the first round of the National Basketball Association.  Earle's interest and commitment to business began in the early 1973.

He is also a member of National Basketball Retired Players association and was inducted into the Eastern Michigan University Sports Hall of Fame in 1997, also served on several community boards including being the founder and President of Athletes Learning Educational Resources Training a free tutoring and counseling and scholarship fund for young students in the Detroit Metro area.

After retirement from DaimlerChrysler in 1999, Earle founded Pro Tech Group, and later acquired ISD and Detroit Technologies, Inc.
